  • What is the class size?

    Our classes are small to ensure personalised attention. For Mat classes, we accommodate up to 7 clients, while our Reformer classes are limited to just 3 clients. This semi-private and exclusive setting allows our instructors to provide hands-on corrections and individualised guidance, ensuring the best possible results.   • How long is each class?

    Classes last 50 minutes. Our lunchtime Mat Pilates class is a 40-minute express session. Please allow extra time for arriving to studio on peak traffic time.

  • Can I book classes online?

    Yes, book classes through our website or the LegitFit app. You can also manage your schedule and set up email reminders.

    Initial 1:1 Private sessions are scheduled via email according the availability (please let us know your availability when contacting us via email [email protected]).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid charges. In case of emergency cancelation please send us a message via WhatsApp +353896018357

  • Do you offer private sessions?

    Yes, we offer private and semi-private sessions for a more personalised experience. For any enquiries and availability please email [email protected]

  • What are the membership options?

  • Are there introductory offers for new clients?

  • Is there parking available?

    We don’t have dedicated parking, but there are plenty of options around the building. Parking is free after 6:30 PM.

  • How do I choose the right class level?

    Start with our New Client Intro Package. Our instructors will assess your level during the private session and recommend the right class.

  • What should I expect on my first visit?

    Arrive 5-10minuntes early to complete paperwork and get familiar with the studio.

  • Do you have changing facilities?

    We have a bathroom with space to change, but no dedicated showers or changing rooms.

  • Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?

    We don’t offer dedicated Prenatal Pilates classes.

    If you are our current client and your circumstances change, please contact us. We may be able to modify exercises to suit your needs.

  • What if I have a health condition?

    Inform us of any health conditions or injuries before your first class. Our instructors can modify exercises for a safe and effective workout. We may recommend private sessions depending on your condition.

  • What is Pilates?

  • What are the benefits of Pilates?

    Pilates can improve your overall strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. It’s also known for enhancing core stability, reducing stress, and promoting better mental focus.

  • Do I need prior experience to join?

    No prior experience is necessary. However, we offer special-priced Introductory Packages for new clients, which include a private session. This session allows us to assess your posture, evaluate your physical level and movement range, discuss your goals, and address any health concerns you may have.   • I’ve done Pilates elsewhere. Can I join your classes?

    Yes! We still suggest our New Client Package, including a private session to assess your level and recommend the most suitable class. Check our website for details.

  • How do I choose between Mat, Reformer, or Stability Chair classes?

    Mat classes use body-weight exercises, Reformer classes use specialized equipment, and Stability Chair classes target specific muscles. Our instructors can help you choose the right class based on your goals.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Pilates is best practiced barefoot or with grip socks, especially for Reformer or Stability Chair classes.

  • How often should I do Pilates?

    We recommend 2-3 times a week for noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

  • Do I need to bring my own equipment?

    For Mat classes, you can bring your own mat, but we provide all necessary equipment for all classes.

  • Can Pilates help with injury recovery?

    Yes, especially for back, shoulder, and knee injuries. Contact us to discuss your needs. We may recommend private sessions before joining regular classes to ensure safety.
