  • Viktoria

    Viktoria, the founder and owner of Return to Life Pilates, is a highly skilled and passionate instructor with a wealth of certifications and experience. She is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor for Matwork and also holds a Mat Pilates Instructor certification from Profi Fitness Ireland.

    Merrithew™ STOTT PILATES® is recognized globally as one of the leading Pilates training centers, and Viktoria continues to expand her expertise by completing specialized courses such as Injuries and Special Populations, Total Barre, and Zenga Foundation. In addition, she is a qualified Reformer Instructor for Levels 1, 2, and 3 with Balanced Body®, demonstrating her deep knowledge in both foundational and advanced Pilates techniques.

    Recently, Viktoria further expanded her expertise by becoming a certified Mobility Practitioner with Move Beyond with Ava, having trained under Ava (Australia) in London. She has also completed Pre and Post-Natal Pilates training with Profi Fitness Ireland, equipping her to safely guide women through their fitness journeys during and after pregnancy. Additionally, Viktoria attended in-person workshops in London focused on the Wunda Chair through Loving Pilates, where she gained further proficiency in the Function and Flow method.

    Barbara is an experienced & highly passionate Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor.

    With a postgraduate degree in Geriatrics and Gerontology and 7 years of experience, she guides people of all ages through this transformative practice. Pilates promotes body awareness, controlled breathing and reduces the risk of injury. Pilates practice allows you to target specific muscle groups in various positions, creating ongoing challenges for growth.

    For Barbara, Pilates has the power to establish a strong mind-body connection and inspire individuals to unleash their true potential. Through her high-quality treatment and expert guidance, Barbara leads her clients to healthier, more fulfilling lives with the life changing benefits of Pilates.

  • Elaine

    Elaine practiced Pilates through the years and found she loved the connection of the mind and breath to the body, creating flow; and challenging strength and stability through total body control.

    Balancing working in the Pharmaceutical industry and practising Pilates, she has found Pilates a great way to counter sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

    She is Matwork Pilates certified with Balanced Body and is continuing her Pilates training with STOTT, Merrithew.

    Elaine holds a BSc. degree in Physiology and a Postgraduate MSc. degree in Human Nutrition.

    She has always been passionate about health and movement. Working through the Pilates principles, she aims to create strong and mindful bodies, encouraging clients to have the confidence to challenge themselves.

    She is motivated, energetic and strives to get clients feeling their best.”
